Baby Shower!
A couple of years ago when my best friend announced she was pregnant, I was so excited to throw her a baby shower!
We went with a baby bird theme, because she is a falconer.
Baby Shower Food table
-Candy Jars
-cookies on a stick
-bird nest cupcakes
-breakfast quiche
-Pb& J sandwiches
-Drinks:
Arnold palmers
-Mimosas
Baby Shower Games:
1) The Dirty Diaper
-This is one of my favorite and funniest baby shower games.
what you need:
-6 diapers
-6 different candy bars
First, number the diapers 1-6, then melt the different candy bars in each one. (make sure you write down which candy bar is in which diaper)
Next, the diapers are ready to use, your guests have to examine the diaper, sniff the diaper and for the daring ones, They can even lick it. Whoever guesses the most candy bars right, wins! Make sure to take pictures!
2)Stroller Obstacle course
This is another one of my favorite games! It's a really great game to get the whole party involved.
What you will need:
-A timer
-Baby stroller
- fake baby
-blocks
-baby toy
-finish line
First, set up the obstacle course according to the yard. I set up the obstacle course by placing a baby toy in the tree, I placed blocks on the ground and I drew a finish line at the end.
Next, Set your timers! Ready, Set, Go!
I set up teams of 2 so the first person, after the timer was set the first person would change the diaper and strap the baby into the Stroller. The next person would stroll the stroller to grab the baby toy from the tree, roll through the blocks, around the tree and race to the finish line!
-Measure my belly
- guests have to guess how big the mommas belly is.
